Our story
About American Design and Construction
American Design and Construction is a South Gate general contractor built around one idea: tell customers the truth about what their home actually needs. Led by Jorge, our crews handle everything from full roof replacements to heating and air conditioning repairs, and we walk every property with the homeowner before recommending a single repair.
We would rather point out which parts of a system still work than sell a full replacement nobody needs. When we do recommend an upgrade, like a variable speed heat pump or a radiant barrier in the attic, we explain the tradeoffs in plain language and keep in touch daily while the crew is on site.
We're also a GoGreen Financing partner, helping customers finance energy efficient roofing, water heaters and HVAC upgrades up to $50,000 with better rates on qualifying green projects.
